Hi,
my name is Dima Otvertchenko and I am a filmmaker and
photographer
currently living in Los Angeles (originally from the NY/NJ area).
I am currently a 25-year-old MFA graduate student at the Production track
of the USC
School of Cinematic Arts. I am a BA graduate of the Vassar
College film
production program and I'm interested in every creative aspect of
visual
storytelling: writing, directing, acting, photography, drawing,
editing, music, etc.
My primary influences are the sci-fi/action/adventure films of the 80s.
My most inspirational directors are James Cameron, Paul Verhoeven, and
David Cronenberg.
I am the designer and caretaker of this website that I use as a resume,
press kit, and a comprehensive
online portal to all my filmmaking, and photography projects.
I'm always interested in meeting other creative people so
if you'd like to get in touch, shoot me an e-mail!
