Hi,
my name is Dima Otvertchenko and I am a filmmaker and
photographer
currently living in Los Angeles (originally from the NY/NJ area).
I am a 23-year-old graduate of the Vassar
College
film program and I'm intersted in every creative aspect of visual
storytelling: writing, directing, acting, photography, drawing,
editing, music, etc.
My primary influences are the sci-fi/action/adventure films of the 80s:
The Terminator,
Aliens,
Back
to the Future, RoboCop,
Total
Recall, The
Abyss, Predator,
The
Fly.
I am the designer and caretaker of this website that I use as a resume,
press kit, demo reel, and a comprehensive
online portal to all my filmmaking, photography, and artistic projects
in general.
